In just one month the new beta of Voice will be launched, adapted for a completely new experience centered on the first environmentally friendly NFTs, purchasable by credit card.
It's already been almost 3 months since the relaunch of Voice in its new version based on non-fungible tokens was announced. According to the first announcements of Salah Zalatimo, CEO of Voice, this new path was taken mainly because of delays in getting Voice's fungible tokens approved by US regulators.
To date, significant progress has been made, and apparently by next month we should be able to access the new version of the platform, where the first environmentally friendly NFTs will be offered. NFTs will be mint for free directly by users, while buyers will be able to buy them directly by credit card, avoiding any hassle of a blockchain.
At launch it will be possible to mint 10 different types of NFTs: audio (flac, midi, mp3, wav), video (.mov, mp4), image (gif, jpeg, png) and document (pdf). Soon more formats will be made available, as well as a feature to activate the royalties of NFTs co-creators.
"We believe in the transformative power of NFTs, and that the underlying technology will completely change the way we create and share online. But for NFTs to reach everyone, they require a platform accessible to those outside the crypto space, with advanced technology that will lead us into the future."
Through ease of use, Voice opens the doors of NFTs to all those who for fear of blockchain have remained at a distance. We may soon know if this strategy will prove successful.
