The MydAppr team is launching TelosTask, a new Gig Economy Platform, built on Telos, to connect directly "task givers" to "task takers" in a peer-to-peer manner.
TelosTask will allow its users to coordinate both payments and the completion of micro and macro-gigs work. Payments will be managed automatically through an escrow system, and using smart contracts that will ensure that the gigs are fairly compensated. Everything will be deployed on the Telos blockchain, one of the first public EOSIO blockchain.
“This is the real power of high-capacity blockchain. Now anyone can instantly create a free Telos account with an easy to remember name and log into it with no more hassle than logging into Twitter. It’s a mass adoption-ready platform that’s desperately needed right now as people try to figure out reliable new ways to earn income and perform business tasks in the post-COVID world.” - Douglas Horn, Telos Chief Architect
