How is EdenOS Moving?

how-is-edenos-moving

Discussions for the new EOS governance system designed by the community are going on non-stop on telegram and EOS Community Forum. During the last EdenOS Telegram Call more updates were released, the development of the platform is going on, and more and more members are joining the community. How will this evolve?

The last EdenOS Telegram Call went live on April 5th with Dan Larimer. Below, thanks to the Meeting Notes collected by Chris Barnes, we can offer you the hot topics discussed.

1. EdenOS Community is growing bigger by the day

The EOS Alliance is coming back together. Some of the old members are rejoining, along with new additions, like Ted Cahall former COO at Block. One, to help kick things off.

Dan Larimer had a meeting with the Chinese Block Producers to update them on the current status of EdenOS developments.

"band is getting back together again!"

2. Telegram Accounts linked to EOS accounts.

One of the first developments is a system to link telegram accounts to their EOS accounts. This will be key to reorganizing discussions on Telegram as well, allowing EdenOS members to be verified with their EOS accounts.

3. How to become an EdenOS member

To become a member of EdenOS you need to be sponsored by one of the current members. Sponsorships have already started, in the EdenOS section of EOS Community Forum. Once sponsored, you must be accepted following a recorded call with all members. The videos will be uploaded to IPFS and released as NFTs to members. Holding such NFTs will be a demonstration of support of the new member, otherwise it will be possible to sell it.

Currently, Clarion developers are developing with Dan a User Interface for the NFTs for all the Eden members.

Each founding member will invite people, who in turn will be able to invite people in time" - Yves La Rose

4. Who are the current EdenOS members

There are currently 18 members, these include:

  • Dan Larimer
  • Alex from dfuse
  • Aaron from Greymass
  • Yves from EOS Nation
  • Brock Pierce, Annabella
  • Zac Gall from EverythingEOS and LiquidApps
  • Adrian from Wombat
  • Crystal Rose
  • Developers such as Brandon Lovejoy
  • Berto from EOS Detriot
  • Galia from Bancor

5. How to get involved in EdenOS

The best way to get involved is to share your opinions and ideas on EOS Community Forum and cross-post them in Telegram chats. Once you become a member, you will be able to access a private channel on Telegram, to discuss.

6. How Language Barriers are solved

EdenOS will create many sub-communities that will be able to discuss freely in their own language. They will all be independent and simultaneous, and each one will elect a representative according to the modalities provided by EdenOS.
