GameBox: New GameFi Platform on EOS
The DefiBox team launched GameBox, a new platform dedicated entirely to GameFi for connecting and incubating games on $EOS. GameBox will help the EOS ecosystem thrive by supporting the development of games on the blockchain.
The GameBox team believes that the EOS blockchain is best suited to handle blockchain game development, because of transaction speed and fees. Therefore they want to become the leading game aggregation platform in the EOS ecosystem, and to give full play to the advantages of the EOS public chain in game development.
Through GameBox they want to build a first Play-to-Earn game ecosystem to attract both newcomers interesting in blockchain gaming and new game developers. In order to attract new talents, the GameBox team provides financing services for the most promising projects, as well as support such as smart contract security audits for game products. The first phase of funding is about one million USD.
The first game manufacturers to join GameBox will be able to obtain seed funding from 30,000 to 300,000 USD. They will be supported by the GameBox team for incubation, one-click on-chain of game assets to release, and efficient solutions for traditional games converting into GameFi.
