BlockArcade is live on WAX. Why not EOS?
BlockArcade recently launch a beta version of their dApp on the WAX blockchain. Initially they were considering launching on the EOS mainnet, but in the end they decided on WAX for one main reason.
The BlockArcade team was looking for a chain to expand their userbase and experiment with new technologies. The decision moved to WAX because launching a dApp on EOS has become too expensive due to various resource issues.
For this reason their first arcade game StackWave is already live on WAX, and you can simply access it through the WAX Cloud Wallet.
Following the launch on sisterchain, they also started the WAX Prize Exchange, which allows users to earn WTIX tokens by playing StackWave and sell them for BET tokens or WAX tokens.
